Michael Silver

Michael drives Vestian Group’s global oversight and vision. In 1984 he founded Equis Corporation, which over two decades, became the world’s largest real estate services firm focused exclusively on serving corporate space users. Michael sold Equis to pursue new investment opportunities in 2006, the same year he received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is also an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization.

Shrinivas Rao

Chief Executive Officer

A founding member of Vestian, Shrini is responsible for the firm’s expansion in South Asia and provides personal oversight of assignments throughout India. He has more than two decades of experience assisting multinational corporations with portfolio planning, expansion/relocation initiatives and workplace fit-out. Working with Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers and Equis prior to Vestian, Shrini has been a leader in organized real estate consultancy since its inception in South Asia. A hands on leader, Shrini is committed to delivering on client expectations and quality.

Razi Uddin

Chief Financial Officer

Razi has over 15 years of experience in consulting and portfolio management, starting with Arthur Andersen & Company before joining Vestian. With a deep understanding of corporate finance, he plays a key role in tax advisory, investment valuation, treasury management and construction finance processes. Razi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Clarence Seah

Deputy Managing Director - China

Over the past 18 years, Clarence has served in leadership roles of leasing, project and facilities management operations in key markets throughout China. As the head of China operations for Equis and UGL Premas, he developed and led project management and transaction advisory operations across the country, establishing a reputation for quality service and strong client relationships. Clarence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction with honors from the National University of Singapore.
